What suppliers miss in Nevada
- The board will not license a provider controlled by practicing Nevada health professionals, or one in which they hold 10 percent or more of the stock.
- Providers must carry at least $1,000,000 in liability insurance and keep a physical location, not a residence, for inventory, repairs and records.
- Each location needs its own license, and the application lists every Medicare and Medicaid number of the business or its owner.
