What suppliers miss in Pennsylvania
- Registration is per place: noncontiguous locations each need their own.
- Only the single highest applicable fee applies, so a supplier that also sells drugs pays the drug retailer or distributor fee instead of the device fee.
Does Pennsylvania require a DME supplier license?
